This project was an ambitious and ultimately award-winning build for our company. We used our pre-engineered steel system to create a contemporary estate. The location offered spectacular views of rolling landscapes, that we showcased throughout the house, using our custom aluminum and glass window system. The client wanted a modern, industrial feel to the home and we answered with a one of a kind residence that features polished concrete floors, radiant heat, a floating staircase, cable railings and monitor windows that span entire lengths of the house. Our unconventional use of the building system for this project opened a whole new avenue of possibilities for pre-engineered steel, and the residence ultimately won a 2108 Hall of Fame award from Varco Pruden.
