Building Services recently completed Phase I of an estate retrofit. Phase I of the project is a second floor banquet deck that can hold 60 people. The deck is made up of a 35' x 25' concrete slab, fully supported with steel beams and concrete footings. A modern cable railing keeps the sight-line to the incredible views of forested hills open and impressive.
Phase II will include updates to the shell of the current building. Portions of the roof will be redone with our architectural metal roofing. We will be fastening our Impressaclad metal panels to portions of the facade as a focal highlight and updating feature. The project will ultimately be a marriage of a classic country estate with 360 scenic views and modern detailing and amenities.
